We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, upon completion of a Refund Request Form, you will receive a full refund on your card. The request must be made online using the Refund Request Form within twenty-four hours of the tutoring session. After consultation with our tutor, a decision will be made as to whether Tutoring Enterprises will be willing to reassign the student to a different tutor or the student will be denied future tutoring services, such as for a frivolous refund request or inappropriate conduct towards the tutor.

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to cancellations, reschedulings, or student no-shows.
